These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yesb ("yesb", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yesb website and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through it. These Terms apply in full to all visitors, registered users, and players of the yesb platform in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction in which yesb operates.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the yesb platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the yesb platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of yesb following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

yesb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.

Access to and use of the yesb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. yesb does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money gaming content on the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident or accessing the platform from.
• You are registering and playing in your own name using your own personal information and financial accounts. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from yesb or had an account closed for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at the discretion of yesb.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, or representative of any business entity when using yesb, unless yesb has expressly agreed to a business arrangement in writing.

yesb reserves the right to request age verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in immediate account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on an account where the holder is found to be underage will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

To access real-money gaming features on yesb, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid password. The following conditions apply to all yesb accounts:

• One account per person: each individual may hold only one yesb account. Creating duplicate accounts (multi-accounting) is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• KYC verification is required before yesb will process any withdrawal request. KYC verification involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and confirming your registered mobile number. This is a one-time process — once your account is KYC verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeat identity checks.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yesb account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. yesb accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify yesb support immediately if you become aware that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. yesb will take steps to secure the account upon receiving such a notification.

yesb may at its discretion request additional verification documentation from any account holder at any time. This may include proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the yesb platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount at yesb is ৳100 across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. yesb does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment account not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• yesb does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside yesb's control and are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your yesb balance instantly upon confirmation in your wallet app. Rocket and Upay deposits settle within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 24 hours.
• yesb reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close an account if it reasonably suspects that the deposit was made in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the yesb account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before yesb will process any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawal requests will be held until KYC is fully approved.
• yesb processes approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad on a same-day basis for requests received before the daily processing cutoff. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

yesb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotional offer:

• Bonuses are issued to accounts that have met the qualifying deposit amount and any other stated eligibility criteria. A bonus will not be credited if the qualifying conditions are not met precisely as stated in the promotional offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's terms. Where not specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum cashout limit will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
• yesb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, the terms in effect at the time of claiming remain applicable to that player's use of the bonus.
• Multiple account holders from the same household, IP address, or device may be treated as the same player for promotional purposes. yesb reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility per household to one account.

Bonuses may only be used for gaming on the yesb platform. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another player, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used for any purpose other than eligible gaming activity on yesb.

All games available on the yesb platform are operated under the rules established by the respective game providers. The following general gaming terms apply across all products on the yesb platform:

• All bets placed on yesb are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player once the game round has begun. In live casino games, a bet is confirmed when the dealing or spinning sequence commences.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round (including disconnection, server error, or game provider outage), yesb will apply the game provider's stated resolution procedure. Where a round cannot be completed and no outcome can be determined, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Sports and cricket betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the applicable event and competition. yesb follows standard industry settlement rules for cricket including DLS method application for weather-affected matches, super over outcomes, and abandoned match procedures.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets on yesb. These limits are displayed within each game interface and betting market prior to placing a bet. yesb reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (real cards, real roulette wheels) streamed in real time by the game provider's studios. yesb does not interfere with or modify game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yesb platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the yesb platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's details, or any other identity.
• Using or attempting to use any automated system, bot, script, or software tool to interact with the yesb platform, including to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or simulate human player behaviour.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including signalling hand values in live poker or table games, coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers, or any other cooperative strategy that undermines the integrity of individual game rounds.
• Depositing, using, or attempting to withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the yesb platform in any way connected with money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or otherwise tamper with the yesb platform's code, security systems, game logic, or any proprietary system.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.

yesb reserves the right to determine, in its sole and final discretion, whether a user has engaged in prohibited conduct. Decisions made by yesb under this section are final and not subject to appeal through any external dispute resolution process.

yesb may suspend or permanently close any user account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, multi-accounting, or providing false registration information.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under yesb's responsible gaming tools, or a third-party exclusion request made on welfare grounds.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach may be returned to the player's verified payment method at yesb's discretion, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable AML checks.

yesb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: configure automatic notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage breaks and support awareness of time spent gaming.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from yesb at any time by contacting support. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

No part of the yesb platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of yesb, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yesb platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to resell or make commercial use of the yesb platform or its content; to collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; or to make any derivative use of the yesb platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yesb's total liability to any user arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the yesb platform shall be limited as follows:

• yesb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the yesb platform, even if yesb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• yesb is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or interruptions to third-party payment processing services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank systems) that are outside yesb's direct operational control.
• yesb's liability for any claim directly arising from a proven platform error (such as an incorrectly calculated payout) shall be limited to the value of the affected bet stake or the actual payout difference caused by the error, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits yesb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where yesb makes a material change to these Terms that adversely affects registered users' rights, yesb will use reasonable efforts to notify affected users via their registered contact details at least 7 days before the change comes into effect. Your continued use of the yesb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and yesb arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact yesb's customer support team to seek resolution by direct communication. yesb is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.
